<You did not... tell her about Ayame or Shmee, did you?> Rabnak asked Tyrelinn privately, frowning a bit. She did not want this child to know about them, either. She felt she had to... hide them. Hope they did not take control of her body while she was around the children. She felt she needn't worry... the voices had begun to fade. But still... she hoped they didn't fade too much. If Ilsagoth was alive... he wouldn't want Ayame to go.
Ayame took that moment to seize the body. <What of Ilsagoth?> her dark voice pleaded of him, privately. <What of my mate?>

She giggled as Raylor copied his mother's compliment. She hopped a little and looked up at Tyrel. <Can we all go flying now? I wanna go flying!> Her eyes seemed to be sparkling brightly, she was so excited. She took Tyrel's hand and tugged a little, hoping he would say yes. She loved flying, it was one of her favorite things to do here on Earth. She looked up at Rabnak, hoping she would say yes too.

<No, I didn't,> Tyrelinn answered privately.
<What of Ilsagoth? What of my mate?> Tyrelinn tried to hide the sorrow in his eyes.
<Ayame,> he said privately and with compassion, <I...don't know....I'm sorry.....>
<Jae, we can if everyone else does. We're a family now.>
Raylor nodded in approval. <I'm in. Why not?>

Rabnak snatched control back from Ayame. <I do not have a flying morph,> she said. After thinking for a moment, she added, <...well, I have an Earth fruit bat. But I do not think that will be adequate.> She frowned. She did not want to ruin this child's fun.

She looked up at Rabnak, but she wasn't deterred by the fact she didn't have a bird morph. She just grinned and dashed off into the bushes. She was gone for a few moments before she came back, gently cradling a blue jay in her hands. It chirped and looked around, not really struggling as she gently pinned its wings to its body. She held it up to Rabnak. <This is a pretty bird. You should have a pretty bird.>

Tyrelinn's face dropped a little when Rabby said she didn't have a flying morph. But, that soon became a smile when Jae walked off and returned with a blue jay in her arms.
Tyrelinn looked to see Raylor smiling as well. <Do you have one, son?>
<Yes. I have one sort of like that but it's red.> With that, Raylor morphed the cardinal and Tyrelinn morphed his Stellar's Jay.

Rabnak smiled, reaching out and acquiring the little bird. Tyrelinn was right; it was hard not to like this child. She began to morph the Blue Jay, feeling somewhat unused to it. Though she probably should have when she was traveling, she hadn't morphed in a long time.
When she was done, she fluttered her wings, looking about. The bird was afraid, on the lookout for predators, but used to having more then one mind trying to be in control, she put herself above the instincts, relaxing.

Jae smiled brightly as Rabnak acquired the jay. She gently let it go and it flew away into the sky. She then morphed her robin and hopped about, eager to go flying. After a moment, she lift up into the air. <C'mon, let's go!> She giggled and fluttered in a circle, impatient. She always wanted to fly, as often as she could. It was her favorite thing to do.

Tyrelinn laughed and took flight, following Jae. Raylor followed, but rather awkwardly, this being the first time he'd flown.
Tyrelinn saw him and laughed harder, saying, <Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.>
<Yeah....thanks....Dad....> Raylor said awkwardly as he eventually caught up.

Rabnak took flight after the rest, letting the birds instincts win over, this time. She let out a small "chirp", soon catching up to her family. She supposed this was somewhat like her bat morph, except the bat relied more on wind then on wing power. This bird relied on its flapping.
((My mind is sorta meeeeeeh right now.))
