Tinem watched as the other Andalite reacted in horror to his voice, but Tinem noticed an ever so slight hesitation, one that most others wouldn't have noticed. He crossed his arms over his chest and glared at the Controller. What he said next was barely a whisper in the Yeerk's mind, but it could be heard by him none the less. <I know what you are, abomination. Do not bother answering openly. The human cannot hear me. Just know that I will spare you this time for her sake, but if we meet again, I will not be so forgiving.> Tinem turned, his stalk eyes remaining on Indar. He walked away a few steps, showing he was done with the conversation. He would let Nichole do whatever she wanted.

Indar had not fooled the...whatever the creature was. He anticipated he'd attempt to kill him, but instead, he told him he would spare him. Himuran quelled in fear of the voice, but Indar controlled the Andalite host this time, rising to his feet, all eyes on...whatever he was. He spoke privately: <<Then I am grateful.>> There was no tone in his thought-speech. <<But curious. What are you? I have no seen your kind before...>> A normal Yeerk might have been thinking what a fine host this creature would make...but Indar, though loyal to the Empire, was merely curious. But he doubted the creature would share.

Nichole frowned, tilting her head. "Am I missing something?" she asked. She could tell they were keeping something from her, she just couldn't tell what exactly.

He ignored Indar, but turned to Nichole. He gestured with his hand, trying to say they should continue. He turned and watched Indar. <If you follow. I will kill you.[/color> He started in the direction Nichole had been going. He wasn't going to remain around this abomination any longer.
(If you want to have a conversation with Indar, Go ahead T. I can sit out for a few posts.)

Nichole frowned. "Wait," she said, raising a hand at Tinem. "I want to ask you something. Who are you affiliated with, Himuran?"

Indar blinked. <No-one,> he replied. An outright lie; he was, after all, a part of the Yeerk Empire, as a Visser. But Indar, of course, feared for his life, and would not reveal what Tinem already knew.

"Have you considered joining one side or the other?" She asked.

Tinem whipped around, eyes narrowed at he question. His blade lift high over his head as he stared Indar down. If the Yeerk said yes to any offer from Nichole, Tinem was confident enough in his speed that he had no doubt the Andalite's head would be severed before he could react. Yes he hated killing one of his own kind, but he was sure Himuran- if indeed that was the Andalite's name- would see it as mercy. No Andalite would ever want to remain host to a Yeerk.

"Have you considered joining one side or the other?" she asked him.
Indar was not involved with Earth, and he never truly would be. His only mission here was to report its current situation to the Council. <No,> he replied. <I refuse to involve myself in the matters of Earth.> He noticed that the half-breed creature had whipped around and had his tailblade raised. <I must go,> he said. He did not wish to stay in this spot any longer.

She nodded. "Come on, let's go," she said to Tinem. She took his hand and started walking again. She didn't want to bother him if he didn't want anything to do with them.
